Diep has been bringing authentic Thai food to Dublin for almost 20 years. We established Diep in 1999 with the creation of our iconic restaurant Diep Le Shaker on Pembroke Lane, D2. At the time, Diep le Shaker was a pioneer in Thai cuisine and became a fixture in the Dublin restaurant scene, attracting visitors from all over the world with its unique mix of outstanding food and great party atmosphere. As a result of its huge popularity, we created a more casual way to offer this great cuisine to our customers-the first Diep Thai food delivery outlet in Ranelagh in 2004, and we have remained at the forefront of Thai cuisine in Ireland ever since. 

We have always been committed to sourcing the best available ingredients to ensure that we create amazing flavours and remain true to our roots in authentic, fresh Thai cuisine. Our commitment to our customers remains to deliver restaurant quality cuisine with great customer service. 

Over the last 10 years we have expanded with nine Diep Thai food delivery branches located in greater Dublin & Wicklow. We are always looking for great new dishes and innovations to bring to our menu. We cater for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and just about any other type of diet imaginable. Our focus is on providing great food at a reasonable price with excellent customer service. All of our beef, duck and pork is 100% Irish and we always favour sourcing our produce locally where possible.

Today we employ over 140 staff including 40 skilled Thai chefs who create each dish specifically for you. Combining and balancing herbs and spices is an art in itself, and we are always looking to improve and perfect our cooking techniques to give you the freshest, healthiest and most delicious Thai food possible.
